Chick-fil-A franchise website
Led the development of a website designed to support multiple business objectives, including catering sales, food truck reservations and recruiting. Responsibilities included project planning, website design, content development, SEO, online request forms and stakeholder collaboration to align the website with operational goals.
Nonprofit Association Website
Led the design and launch of a website for a nonprofit association serving local churches and community leaders. Responsibilities included content planning, website development, user experience improvements and training staff to independently manage website updates.

Led the development of a website supporting a leadership development program for restaurant team members. Responsibilities included content strategy, website design, resource organization, application forms and integrating participant testimonial videos to highlight program impact and encourage engagement.
